yahoo late Wednesday updates it's logo with slimmer letters but kept the trademark purple colour and exclamation points.
We wanted a logo that stayed true to our roots (purple) yet embraced the evolution of our products, "yahoo chief marketing officer Kathy savita said in a  tumblr blog post.

This is how new yahoo looks on their website and its look fresh and nice.

The internet starts new symbol  has been re designed to better reflect what the company aims to be under chief executive marina mayor, according to savita.
Mayor said to the yahoo team "didn't want to have any straight lines in the logo.  Starting html lines don't exist in the human form and are extremely rare in nature , so the human touch in the logo is that all the lines and forms all have at least a slight curve".
To build excitement about the change of the well known purple logo,  yahoo will tease us visitors with variations on the theme daily leading up to the unveiling.

samsung has finally revealed their new phablet  galaxy note3  in a press conference which is finally going to be released on 25th september this year.
Galaxy note3 would be the fastest  smartphone in the galaxy family after galaxy s4. According to samsung its lighter and slimmer as campared to its predecessors. Galaxy note3 will be released on 25th september  and comes out later in october in US. It will be bundled in two variants 16gb and 32gb with an expensive price tag. One can assume to pay $600 for this phablet which will be the smartest phone.
If you love technology and loves to be ahead in the technology trend race , then certainly you will love galaxy note3 as it is packed with the best hardware available in the market.
Lets take a further detailed look into the specifications and hardware stuff.

Galaxy note3 is packed with their winning formula AMOLED screen which is now bigger than note2 (5.7 inches) and still comes witha pen stylus.
3GB RAM . Yes ,you saw it right. Its packed with 3gb of ram and comes with 2.3 clocked quad core processor snapdragon 800 power ,  13mega pixel led front camera and 2mp front camera.

Galaxy note3 will come with android 4.3version and will retain its very important feature S pen which distinguish note series from galaxy's 's' series smartphones. It will pack a s pen feature which I mainly used for notepad and artistic stuff and for memo.
Galaxy note3 for sure is a multi tasker , witha screen like this , multi tasking feature of samsung touchwiz will sure fit this device.

Now one thing which really concern me  , is samsung really consumer friendly. Look at the speed of their manufacturing department , $600 galaxy s4 was released back in april and now they have come up with another galaxy phone but we cannot blame them , world likes to be ahead in the technology race.

Apple's new iphone 5 c series rumours are pilling up with leaked photos on the internet. Latest photos of iphone 5c show s that apple is following samsung's footsteps by applying poly carbonate cheap plastics on iphone 5c.

By looking at the leaked photos , it seems as iphone 5c  seems legit and will come in ipod type packaging.
Apple is expected to reveal iphone 5c and iphone 5s (gold edition) on 10th september. With leaked photos all around , apple 5c looks totally legit and a genuine product which should not cost much as compared to the flagship iphone5. It looks plasticky and cheap but cute. We have seen leaked photos of iphone 5c in multi colours with poly carbonate back cover with apple logo on it. At last apple has started knowing its customers  who have been looking for cheaper iphones.

MICROSOFT BUYS NOKIA FOR $7.2Bn

Microsoft and nokia ,which got left behind in the technology stakes,have teamed up. Microsoft is buying nokia's line up of smartphones and a portfolia of patents and services is an attempt to stengthen its fight with apple and google to capture a slice of the lucrative mobile computing market.

The €5.44billion deal announced late on monday marks a major step in microsoft' push to transform itself into a company that delivers services on any kind of internet connected gadget.
Microsoft has been racing to catch up with customers who are increasingly pursuing their digital lives on smartphones and tablets than traditional pcs. Nokia lumia smartphones that run on Microsoft windows , have not managed to compete with iphone and android.
The deal has sparked speculations that stephen elop , who will step down as ceo of nokia could now emerge the top candidate to succed ballmer.
The nokia deal is microsoft's second expensive acquisition , behind the $8.5 billion purchase of calling card skype service.
Nokia's symbian mobile platform began losing fast to google led android phones , while windows had missed the handset revolution by being focused more on desktops than mobiles.but nokia was strong on handset manufacturing while microsoft was strong on software , making them natural partners.microsot and nokia both tried to control the emerging era of facebook and twitter but lost to Google's android and apple's iphone.
Its a good news for microsoft but the concern is what will happen to nokia centers in india.the company had cut 300 jobs in its f&d centres in bangalore , mumbai and hyderabad two years ago.its currently has around 1100 people working in R&D division in india.nokia is the largest feature phone company in india with a 15.4% marketshare and aince feature phones account for 85% of the indian handset market.

The fine print of the deal :
Nokia ceo will be transferred to  microsoft.
Elop will be replaced by nokia chairman risto sillasmaa.
Microsoft gets a 10 yr non exclusive purchase is set to be completed by early 2014.
Microsoft gets more muscle power to compete with apple and google' android in future.
